Indianapolis—Dick Kiefer was one of Five College Fellows faculty from The American College of Trial Lawyers that recently traveled to the British Virgin Islands. He and the team consulted and assisted the judges in the BVI’s on trial issues for the one-day seminar, “Being A More Effective Advocate: In and Out of Court,” on Friday, November 2. In attendance were more than 100 legal practitioners, judges and magistrates discussing the practical aspect of effective advocacy, ethics and civility.
