Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce the addition of eight Associates in two office locations. Janeia Brounson, Justin Jones, and Ali Bartlett Miranda have joined the Indianapolis office. Joshua Allgeier, Ian J. Busche, Lincoln Carr, Caitlin G. Rieser, and Gina M. Young have joined the Louisville office. The firm is confident these recent additions will further bolster our ability to provide our clients with valued legal service.

Joshua S. Allgeier is a member of the firm’s Business Services Department. Prior to joining BGD, he was a Summer Associate with a South Dakota-based firm. Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he made the Dean’s List. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wyoming College of Business, earning both Dean’s List and President’s List honors.

Janeia L. Brounson is a member of the firm’s Business Services Department. She participated in BGD’s Summer Associate program in 2017 and 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Janeia was a Claims Adjuster with Hartford Insurance Group and a Family Case Manager for the Indiana Department of Child Services. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Ian J. Busche is a member of the firm’s Business Services Department. While in law school, he completed the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate Program and was a Summer Associate with BGD in 2017 and 2018. He was also a staff member on the Emory Law Journal and a member of the Corporate and Business Law Society. He earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors.

Lincoln J. Carr is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. While in law school, he was a Notes Editor for the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law, a Brandeis Academic Fellow, and an intern in the Research Division of the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy. He also participated in BGD’s Summer Associate program in 2017 and 2018. He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he made the Dean’s List all three years, and graduated summa cum laude. 

Justin W. Jones is a member of the firm’s Business Services Department and an IRS Enrolled Agent, allowing him to represent taxpayers in IRS matters. Prior to joining BGD, Justin was a Law Clerk for the Indiana Board of Tax Review and a Summer Associate with BGD in 2017 and 2018. He was also an accountant with Holloway and Co. CPA and First Home Health Care. Justin earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating summa cum laude, and holds an M.B.A. from Ball State University.

Ali Bartlett Miranda is a member of the firm’s Economic Development Department where she concentrates her practice on legislative lobbying, municipal law, government procurement and regulatory work. She also works in policy and regulatory compliance matters within the casino gaming and state lottery industries. Prior to joining BGD as an Associate, Ali served as a Logistics Project Coordinator at Conexus Indiana working on infrastructure public policy initiatives. She was a Summer Associate with the firm in 2018. Ali earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Caitlin G. Rieser is a member of the firm’s Tax & Employee Benefits Department where she assists with state and local taxation issues, as well as federal transactional tax work with a focus on pass-through entities. While in law school, Caitlin was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review, a Brandeis Academic Fellow, and a Summer Associate with BGD in 2017 and 2018. She earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law graduating magna cum laude.

Gina M. Young is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. While in law school, she served as a Student Volunteer with the Inmate Legal Assistance Program where she conducted research concerning various due process concerns raised by inmates and formulated courses of action for them to pursue. Gina also worked as a Law Clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky and was the Chair of the Student Bar Association. She was a Summer Associate with BGD in 2018. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
