Jordan was selected for her commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion within the legal profession, and to helping others succeed while learning and growing herself.

Jordan concentrates on advising corporate clients in a wide range of corporate, public finance, corporate finance, real estate and securities transactions. She has represented underwriters, borrowers, issuers and political subdivisions in transactions totaling in excess of US$1 billion, and has also represented a number of corporate clients in all aspects of their business, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and investment transactions, as well as general corporate matters.
