Dentons' Real Estate Team advised HB Reavis on the sale of West Station I & II office buildings in Warsaw for over €190 million to Mapletree Investments, a Singaporean developer, investor and property manager.

The West Station office complex was a joint venture of HB Reavis and Xcity Investment ‒ a company through which PKP S.A. implements development projects throughout Poland. West Station consists of two interconnected buildings located right next to one of the most important transport hubs in Poland ‒ Warszawa Zachodnia (Warsaw West) railway station.

West Station is Class A office space with a total area of 69,000 sq.m. The complex has a BREEAM certificate with the highest BREEAM "Excellent" rating, offering a number of pro-eco solutions. It houses offices of about 50 companies, including PKP S.A. and subsidiaries.
