Dentons advised CPI Property Group, the leading owner of income-generating real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, on the acquisition of Equator IV office building in Warsaw from Karimpol Polska, a developer acting in CEE.

Equator IV is the fourth office building included the Equator office park - a complex of the office buildings located at Al. Jerozolimskie, at the border of Ochota and Wola districts in Warsaw. The facility offers 20,800 sq. m. of gross lettable area and 226 parking spaces. 

Transaction was led by partner Monika Sitowicz and associate Andrzej Włoch, with the assistance of associates Karolina Ostrowska, Paulina Czostek and Aleksandra Łukasik.
