London—Dentons is delighted to announce that Nick Mott, partner and assistant general counsel in the UK and Middle East, has been named in the OUTstanding LGBT+ Executive Role Model list for LGBT+ leaders in business for the second consecutive year. 

The OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model Lists, supported by Yahoo Finance, are a powerful reflection of the incredible achievements of LGBT+ people and their allies in the business community. Lists are published annually and showcase 100 LGBT+ Executives, 50 LGBT+ Future Leaders, 50 Ally Executives and 30 Public Sector LGBT+ Executives. 

As co-founder of both Dentons' UK and global LGBT+ networks, Nick has worked with colleagues around the globe on raising awareness of LGBT+ issues and encouraging inclusion. To support this, he created the annual Dentons' Global Pride Day. This year, the day was celebrated by events in 40+ Dentons offices across the world with a theme of 'Being Oneself at Work'. 

In addition to his work at Dentons, Nick is a founder-sponsor of the annual London School of Economics LGBT+ Moot; he co-founded Out-on-the-Place (an LGBT+ business-networking group); and he mentors two law firms on introducing LGBT+-related inclusion programmes into their businesses.
