Dentons is delighted to announce the promotion of three new Counsel in Paris
Audrey Arnaut-Lacombe is a lawyer in the Real Estate group, who provides legal advice and litigation support related to commercial leases and construction. She assists clients in the implementation of strategies, and in the negotiation, drafting and management of construction contracts and commercial leases of office, retail and logistics properties. She also advises on rent renewals, eviction compensation, leasing issues, expert appraisals, the enforcement of builders' legal warranties, and sales litigation. She acts in French and English, for both French and international clients. Audrey Arnaut-Lacombe holds a Master's degree in Private Law and a Master’s degree in Anglo-American law. She joined Dentons in 2018.
Tanit Gendre is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A group. She advises on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, asset disposals, reorganizations, and venture capital deals. In addition to her transactional work, she also advises on general business law, corporate issues, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. She regularly assists major French and foreign groups as well as SMEs in various industries, with a particular focus on the healthcare and industrial sectors. She holds a Master II in Comparative Business Law (2006) and a Master I in Business Law (2005). She joined Dentons in 2009.
Charles Tissier is a lawyer in the Capital Markets group, who focuses on financial markets law and capital markets transactions, including debt capital markets and derivatives instruments. He advises financial institutions and corporates on their issuance, investment and debt-rating transactions as well as on the related financial regulatory issues. Charles Tissier has an expertise on the regulation, structuring, documentation, clearing, and collateralization of structured finance transactions, repos, stock lending, swaps, and derivatives (ISDA, FBF, GMRA, GMSLA, EFET, EMA…) and the implementation of new regulations applying to these products. In addition, he has extensive experience in the restructuring of derivative transactions for companies in financial difficulty. Charles Tissier holds a Master II degree in Business Law from the University of Paris Dauphine (2008). He is a member of the steering committee of the Future Leaders of the International Capital Markets Association and a senior lecturer in the Master II degree in Banking and Financial Law, University of Maine. He joined Dentons in 2018.
