(TSXV:VXTR) (Voxtur), pursuant to which Voxtur acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Anow. Anow is an automated appraisal workflow management system for the global appraisal market, with significant market share in the US and Canada. This strategic acquisition accelerates the development of Voxtur’s data ingestion engine allowing customers to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-savings.

Dentons represented Anow on this transaction, with a team led by Tim Haney, which included Jack Schroder and Raveena Benipal.
