Dentons has advised Deka Immobilien, one of the largest real estate investment companies in Europe on the acquisition of the Malthouse Offices (Biura przy Warzelni) building, the historic Malthouse building and Time Cellars for approximately €152.3 million. The seller is Echo Investment, the largest real estate developer in Poland, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The purchased complex is part of the Warsaw Brewery project, located in the center of Warsaw, at the intersection of Grzybowska and Wronia streets. The property offers approximately 30,000 sq. m. of GLA and 180 parking spaces.

Warsaw Brewery is a flagship development project of Echo Investment, comprising apartments, office space, restaurants and bars, as well as nearly 100,000 sq. m. of engaging greenery and urban space. Currently, this is one of the most interesting locations in the capital, attractive for potential residents and investors.
