Paris—Dentons has advised NielsonIQ, the global leader in data analytics and technology, on its acquisition of Foxintelligence.

Foxintelligence is Europe's largest e-commerce measurement and consumer data analysis company. The acquisition is part of NielsenIQ's strategy to strengthen its global e-commerce offering and optimise its performance in order to better anticipate trends and react more quickly to changing consumer expectations.
