Frankfurt/New York—Global law firm Dentons has advised A.G.P. / Alliance Global Partners in New York as sole placement agent with regard to a further capital increase of Germany-based voxeljet AG. The gross proceeds of the offering amount to approximately $12 million (€9.9 million).
In conjunction with the capital increase, voxeljet AG (NASDAQ: VJET) has issued 443,414 ordinary shares in the form of American Depository Receipts at a purchase price of €22.27 per share (this equals around $26.95 per ordinary share) in a registered direct offering.
