Montréal, Canada—On April 26, 2021, Aéroports de Montréal (ADM), the local airport authority responsible for the management, operation and development of YUL Montréal–Trudeau International Airport and YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel, completed a private placement of CA$400 million 3.441% Revenue Bonds, Series S due April 26, 2051. 

ADM was represented by Sylvain Choinière, Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of ADM, assisted by Sophie Prégent, Director of Legal Affairs and Assistant Corporate Secretary of ADM and by a team from Dentons Canada including Robert Roth and Sabrina Mach (Securities and Corporate Finance).
