Bratislava—Senior associate Petra Štrbová, partner Patricia Gossányiová and associate Richard Marcinčin from Dentons’ Banking and Finance practice in Bratislava have teamed up with lawyers from other reputable law firms and  international financial institutions, to co-author two books: "Banking & Finance Všeobecná prax" and "Banking & Finance Prax jednotlivých druhov financovania."

The books are the only professional work of their kind on the Slovak market. They introduce the general practice of bank financing to the legal community and deal with the practical aspects of credit documentation, namely the characteristics of the credit agreement, inter-trust agreement, security documents, and other related documents in the Slovak context. They also present the financing process itself and will provide a brief outline of debt financing in Slovakia. In addition to current legal practice, the books address typical negotiating points and bring the parties' position closer to the disputed provisions.

The books are written in the Slovak language and are published by C. H. Beck. They are available for purchase from C. H .Beck’s website here and here and will be officially launched at a conference organized by the publisher on February 10, 2022.
