Global law firm Dentons has announced the recruitment of Annalisa Feliciani as a partner in the Debt Capital Markets team in Rome.
Annalisa Feliciani, who joins Dentons from Hogan Lovells, has more than 15 years’ experience in advising banks, financial institutions and corporations on the issuance of various types of financial instruments to institutional and retail investors, including bonds, structured bonds, certificates, warrants, commercial papers, promissory notes and mini bonds. She regularly coordinates approval procedures with regulatory authorities and the listing of financial instruments on European regulated markets and MTFs. She has significant legal knowledge of ESG financial instruments such as green, social and sustainability bonds.
Annalisa Feliciani’s arrival strengthens Dentons’ Debt Capital Markets team, led by partner Piergiorgio Leofreddi, and consolidates the Firm’s offering for institutional clients in Rome on a wide range of financial instruments, including sustainable finance. Her skills will complement Dentons’ established "ESG and Sustainability" service offering, which was launched in Italy last January.
