Dentons is pleased to announce that New York associate Karla Del Pozo García has been selected to participate in the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s (MCCA) 2022 Sources of Success (SOS), a program designed to identify, develop and promote future leaders.

Karla was one of 30 diverse and talented lawyers selected for the twelve-month professional development program tailored for junior and mid-level lawyers from corporate legal departments and law firms. The focus is on identifying successful career strategies and allowing lawyers to develop leadership and management skills, as well as an opportunity for lawyers to find the right mentor to guide their career advancement. SOS participants will attend trainings on client development, executive presence, organizational leadership and effective communication strategies. Participants will also receive mentorship and executive coaching from leaders of major companies to further advance client development and leadership skills.
