Global law firm Dentons has announced the arrival of Sara Poetto as a partner in the Real Estate practice in Milan.

She joins from Gianni & Origoni law firm, along with associate Valter Villì.

Sara Poetto has a strong experience in real estate law. She regularly advises leading Italian and international operators on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and divestments, both asset and share deals, redevelopment and development projects, repossession and post-acquisition management of real estate portfolios across various asset classes (including office, retail, logistics, hospitality and residential).
