Dentons has advised Ghelamco on the sale of the office and commercial part of The Warsaw HUB complex to Google Poland. The value of the transaction is estimated at €583 million. Google Poland, who is the main tenant of the property, has acquired the investment to place there Google’s largest cloud technology development center in Europe.
The Warsaw Hub is a multifunctional complex comprising of three skyscrapers located in the most dynamically developing part of Warsaw, near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. Developed by Ghelamco, The Warsaw HUB is the most technologically advanced building in Poland, and one of the most modern in Europe. Its integrated building management systems and advanced mobile solutions for tenants and users are steered by an AI-based system, which is operated by the Google Cloud Platform.
Google Poland has acquired from Ghelamco two towers offering over 92,000 sq. m. of office space along with a part of the commercial and underground part of the complex.
