A multi-practice team from Utah represented longtime client CargoGlide in its acquisition by DECKED. CargoGlide designs, manufactures and sells robust, ergonomic sliding bed platforms, which allows users to easily access gear from their truck bed or cargo van. This new partnership will create a comprehensive portfolio of innovative truck bed accessory solutions, well-positioned to meet a variety of customer needs across this growing market. The deal amount was not disclosed.

The transaction team was led by shareholder Joshua E. Little (Corporate, St. George), and included shareholder Mark L. Astling (Tax, Salt Lake City) and associates Samuel Goold (Corporate, St. George) and Brooke E. Nelson (Corporate, Salt Lake City).
