The Los Angeles Business Journal profiled partner Tania Moyron in its 2023 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys issue. Moyron, who is well-known by clients for her skill and finesse in both out-of-court and in-court restructurings, was selected as one of the city’s most influential minorities in the field of law.

Moyron serves as chair of Dentons’ Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy (RIB) practice and leads the RIB team’s Diversity Partners Initiative, a role for which she was chosen based on her commitment to fostering and promoting diversity and inclusion. Moyron’s recognition comes as a result of clients’ trust in her ability to guide them through all aspects of corporate bankruptcies, restructurings, liquidations and workout situations, including representing Verity Health System of California in its Chapter 11 filing—the second-largest non-profit hospital bankruptcy case in American history with more than US$1.4 billion of debt.

An active member of her community, Moyron has served as team lead for Cycle for Survival, a nonprofit that raises funds to accelerate progress in rare cancer research, and is a board member for LA Beats Cancer. She is also an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, Equality California, International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, Turnaround Management Association, Latina Lawyers Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
