(Indianapolis, IN) – Dentons announced today that Chad E. Oswald has joined the Firm as Of Counsel. He is a member of the Dentons Fiduciary Litigation team, focused on trust and estate litigation and complex commercial disputes. Chad, who is based in Indianapolis, brings to Dentons more than 15 years of experience advising on a variety of fiduciary and commercial litigation, as well as real estate legal matters.
Chad’s complex trust and estate practice is focused on representing personal representatives, trustees, attorneys-in-fact and other fiduciaries during trust and estate disputes. He also represents small businesses, shareholders, closely held business members and large corporations in complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Dentons, Chad practiced estate planning and real estate law with a local law firm. He also served as general counsel of an Indiana-based real estate firm, where he managed and negotiated a broad range of contracts related to real estate acquisitions and financing of developments.

He earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University and his B.S. from Indiana University.
