Dentons is pleased to announce the participation of lawyers from across the US Region in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD)’s professional development programs. Washington, DC, partner Lauren Wilson and Louisville partner Aaron Marcus (Dentons Bingham Greenebaum) have been named LCLD Fellows. Designed for lawyers with 8 to 15 years of experience, this landmark intensive year-long professional development program connects high-potential diverse lawyers with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. Managing associates Clarence Hawkes (Washington, DC) and Femi Masha (Chicago) and senior managing associate Stephanie Bruns (Indianapolis) have been named LCLD Pathfinders. The Pathfinder program provides participants with an opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as career development experts. The program is designed to train high-performing lawyers who are early in their careers on foundational leadership and relationship-building skills.

Both programs are intensive professional development experiences that mentor the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Fellows will participate in training sessions and have opportunities to interact with key legal and business leaders of large US corporations as well as managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms. Pathfinders will acquire practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.
