Amsterdam—The world’s largest global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice in Amsterdam with the recruitment of partner Duco Postma.
Duco Postma has built an excellent reputation in the Dutch market as a restructuring lawyer. He joins from Allen & Overy and has over 14 years of experience in structured finance transactions, with a focus on restructurings as well as general corporate lending, leveraged finance loans and specific asset finance. He qualified as an INSOLAD insolvency lawyer in 2017 (cum laude) and has acted for both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of domestic and cross-border deals and restructurings across various sectors including retail, real estate, shipping and automotive.
