London—Dentons has advised the independent board of DP Eurasia N.V. (“DP Eurasia” or the "Company") on its response to an unsolicited cash offer by Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. (“Jubilant”) and its recommendation of an increased cash offer by Jubilant, announced today, which values the total issued and outstanding share capital of DP Eurasia at approximately £161.2 million.

DP Eurasia, which has been listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market since 2017, is the master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza in Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan and the COFFY coffee brand in Turkey.

Jubilant, which is the largest shareholder in DP Eurasia, is part of the largest foodservice company in India and, inter alia, is the master franchisee for Dominos Pizza in South Asia.
