Sydney—Dentons Employment & Safety expertise has grown, with the addition of Partners, Justin Le Blond and Persephone Stuckey-Clarke to its Sydney office on 4 March. Justin and Persephone bring with them a nine-strong team, including two Special Counsels and two Senior Associates.

Justin is an employment and work health and safety expert representing large corporates, insurers, government, and C-level individuals. He is known for his litigation expertise and pragmatic advice.

Justin advises on effective employee management, the protection of confidential information and intellectual property, executive/shareholder dispute mitigation, misconduct in the workplace and work health and safety. 

Persephone is an employment law specialist and litigator with expertise in advising and acting for clients in relation to the full spectrum of workplace issues arising in the employment lifecycle. Persephone regularly advises on sensitive exit situations, urgent safety matters, the protection of confidential information and complex workforce change.

Justin and Persephone join Dentons’ national Employment & Safety practice (taking the total number of partners in the national team to six). This follows the addition of three partners already in 2024 across Employment & Safety, Intellectual Property & Technology and Banking & Finance to have joined Dentons, as it continues to grow its presence in Australia.
