Frankfurt/Calgary—Global law firm Dentons, with a team led by partners Oliver Dreher (Frankfurt) and William Jenkins (Calgary), has advised Daimler Truck Group on the establishment of its new issuance program for Canadian dollar denominated short-term notes with a total issue volume of CA$500 million. The new commercial paper program, which was established at the end of 2024, has received an investment grade rating from S&P Global Ratings and serves primarily to further diversify the financing profile of the Daimler Truck Group.

Notes under the program are issued by Daimler Truck Finance Canada Inc. and are guaranteed by Daimler Truck Holding AG and Daimler Truck AG.
