Dentons announces today that Carolina Rashidfarokhi has joined the Indianapolis office as of counsel in the Real Estate practice. Carolina brings over a decade of experience executing commercial real estate transactions.

Carolina helps clients with due diligence, drafting and negotiating letters of intent and purchase contracts, title and survey review, and review of operating agreements, leasing agreements, partnership agreements and more. She understands the needs of her clients from their perspective as she previously served as inside counsel to a nationwide real estate developer headquartered in Indiana before entering private practice.
