Dentons has expanded its Employment & Safety team in Melbourne, with the addition of Partner Helene Lee and a team of three, consisting of Senior Associate Angela Cartwright, Solicitor Charlie Phipps and Legal Assistant Bridget Cook.

Helene brings extensive experience from both private practice and in-house roles, advising employers across diverse industries including insurance and financial services, energy and renewables, consumer, technology and telecommunications and transport on all aspects of employment, industrial relations, and discrimination law.

Her expertise includes guiding clients on employment compliance, fostering positive workplace culture, managing change and transformation initiatives, conducting employment-related due diligence, navigating business transfers, and addressing workplace grievances.

She is also well-versed in handling and defending litigation, leading workplace investigations, and delivering training across all levels of an organisation.
