Munich—Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its European leadership team with the recruitment of Daniela Drexler as Europe Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She will be based in the Munich office.

In her new role, she will manage all areas of strategic and operational finance for the firm across 18 countries in Continental Europe and Central Asia. She will lead the Finance teams across the region, and oversee financial management, budgeting and treasury.  She will work closely with Wendela Raas (Europe CEO), as well as Marien Glerum (Europe COO).

Daniela Drexler is a finance and management professional with 20 years’ experience in the legal sector. Before joining Dentons, she ran her own financial consulting company. Prior to that, she served as CFO Continental Europe at Freshfields, where she led all Finance teams, successfully managed budgeting and profitability of the entire region, and acted as a key advisor to global management on financial and strategic decisions including investment or growth opportunities.
