Henry Brandts-Giesen has been appointed global co-chair of Dentons’ Family Office and High Net Worth (DFO) group.

This appointment recognizes Brandts-Giesen’s globally recognized experience in the organization and regulation of private wealth. He is general counsel and strategic advisor to single and multi-family offices and family enterprises. As a globally recognized, jurisdictionally neutral consultant, he develops cross-border strategies and delivers practical solutions for multinational clients, both within and beyond the Dentons network. A published author, Brandts-Giesen is also frequently invited to speak at international legal and business forums.

Brandts-Giesen will serve as global co-chair alongside Rick Ross and Brian E. Raftery. Edward V. Marshall is the global head of the DFO group, which was recently honored with Legal Team of the Year at the 2025 Family Wealth Report Awards.
