Paris—Dentons’ Paris office is pleased to announce the arrival of Vincent Danton as a partner, who joins the Banking and Finance practice together with associate Yann Le Puil. These appointments are part of the team’s continued growth, following the recent promotion of Meryll Aloro to partner.

With 20 years’ experience, Vincent Danton advises banks, insurance companies, and French and international corporations on banking and financial regulation, including matters related to the credit insurance sector. Supported by Yann Le Puil, a lawyer since 2019, he also brings a strong track record in structured finance—particularly securitization (including issues arising under the EU Securitization Regulation) and factoring. Both lawyers join Dentons from LPA Law.

Vincent Danton is ranked as a leading lawyer in both Legal 500 and IFLR1000 for structured finance and banking in France.
