Dentons has been ranked among the top international arbitration law firms in The American Lawyer magazine’s Arbitration Scorecard 2013. The scorecard is based on the number of high-value arbitrations from 2011 to 2013. The rankings only take into consideration commercial arbitration cases of US$500 million and more and investment arbitration cases of US$100 million and more.
During this period, the firm’s lawyers were involved as counsel in 11 such major international arbitrations, including three contract cases and eight investment treaty cases. The American Lawyer publishes its survey every other year. It is based on independently verified data.
Jean-Christophe Honlet and Bart Legum, international arbitration partners at Dentons, said: “It is an honor for Dentons to be ranked by The American Lawyer among the most active international arbitration law firms for large cases just a few months after its launch. We are greatly indebted to our clients, who gave us their confidence, and will continue focusing on delivering results for them globally.”
