IJGlobal, publisher of Infrastructure Journal and Project Finance Magazine, recently honoured Dentons at its 2014 Americas Awards for advising the North American Project Bond Deal of the Year. The Americas Awards recognize excellence, achievement and innovation in energy and infrastructure finance.

Dentons’ team was recognized for advising Enbridge Southern Lights LP and Enbridge Pipelines (Southern Lights) L.L.C., wholly-owned and indirect subsidiaries of Enbridge Inc., on the concurrent private placements of senior unsecured notes for a combined CA$1.5 billion refinancing in connection with the Southern Lights Pipeline Project.
