Dentons was awarded “Real Estate Law Firm of the year” and “Law Firm of the year Technology” at the Top Legal Industry Awards 2019.

The awards ceremony of one of the most important Italian legal magazines took place on 16 May 2019 in Milan.

The jury granted the award for “Real Estate Law Firm of the year” to Dentons with the following declaration: "Recognized in the sector, they present a complex mandate from an environmental and urbanistic point of view. They assisted Lendlease in one of the most important development and redevelopment projects linked to the Santa Giulia district of Milan.”

In addition, our Firm was recognized also as Law Firm of the year Technology because it is considered a point of reference for operators in the sector by the way it combines a multidisciplinary offer and innovation. They assisted the main managers of a Milan district in creating the first smart city in Italy.
