The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) recognized Dentons as a 2021 Top Performer and a 2021 Compass Award winner. Dentons is one of just 60 organizations to earn both designations, demonstrating the Firm’s commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

The Top Performer award recognizes organizations in the top 20 percent for participation in LCLD programs and activities. The Compass Award recognizes LCLD members who attend the organization’s Annual Meeting, participate in the Fellows and Pathfinder programs and participate in either a pipeline mentoring or 1L Scholars program.

LCLD, one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity, consists of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse US legal profession. Dentons has been a member of LCLD since 2009.
