Canada—Dentons is pleased to be named among Canada's Best Diversity Employers for a 12th consecutive year, the longest tenure achieved by a law firm in Canada.

The Inclusion, diversity and equity (ID&E) is a priority for the Firm, and Dentons Canada is working to embed ID&E across all its systems and processes. With the recent announcement of its first Canada Director of ID&E, Dentons Canada is continually renewing its commitment to fostering an inclusive culture where its members can be their authentic selves.

Through new and existing initiatives and affinity groups such as its Black Professionals Network, WomenLEAD, and GLOW, Dentons Canada is taking concrete steps to support its firm members.
