United Kingdom: In July 2020, the Institutional Limited Partner's Association (ILPA) published a revised draft of its whole-of-fund model limited partnership agreement, as well as introducing a new deal-by-deal limited partnership agreement (LPAs) to the market.
On March 2, 2021, the Department of State announced that it would add Russia to the list of countries subject to a policy of denial for exports of defense articles and defense services under Section 126.1 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), effectively imposing an arms embargo on Russia, with certain exceptions for space-related activities.

Dentons Sayarh & Menjra advised Magriser Group, Moroccan pioneer in micro-irrigation, on the sale of a majority stake to the investment fund manager Amethis.
Global law firm Dentons has advised Aves One AG and several subsidiaries on the sale of its entire maritime container portfolio to a fund managed by investment firm Oak Hill Advisors. The transaction value amounts to $182.5 million.
Rogers Communications Inc. and Shaw Communications Inc. have recently reached an agreement for Rogers to acquire all of Shaw's issued and outstanding Class A shares and Class B shares in a transaction valued at approximately CA$26 billion.
