Article 22 of the "Cura Italia" Decree provides that regions and autonomous provinces may grant exceptional redundancy funds (cassa integrazione in deroga, CIGD) for suspension or reduction of working hours as a result of the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency to all employers in the private sector for whom the protections provided for by the current provisions on suspension or reduction of working hours are not applicable.

Applications for access to the IGCD shall be submitted exclusively to the regions and autonomous provinces concerned, in accordance with the procedures set out in the relevant regional agreements concluded with the trade unions at national level.

To this end, here is an updated list of the agreements entered into by the various regions to date for the activation of the IGCD provided for by Law Decree no. 18/2020:
