We are pleased to share that we have contributed to the International Bar Associations FIDIC Around the World series. Partner, Ian Dalley along with senior associate, Suzannah Fairbairn, have completed the UAE chapter answering questions on FIDIC. The guide provides insights into how FIDIC is used in the UAE including a summary of key changes that are often made to FIDIC in the UAE, mandatory provisions of the UAE Civil Code, as well as commenting on issues such as the notice provisions and dispute resolution.
