Property Week and Dentons host their first ever "In Conversation With" podcast, exploring how the relationship between landlords and tenants is dramatically evolving due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. When the brands of Arcadia and Debenhams, but not their bricks-and-mortar retail premises, were taken on by other retailers, it underlined how parlous the outlook is for traditional high street retailers, and just how critical it is that the sometimes fractious relationship between landlords and tenants is improved.
