Lilia is a senior associate in the criminal law and compliance practice of the Dentons Lima office. She currently focuses on litigation and judicialized criminal processes, highlighting his extensive experience in the defense of natural and legal persons linked to crimes against the public administration, money laundering, cybercrime, organized crime, among others.

She graduated from the University of Lima, has a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Enforcement from the Pompeu Fabra University - Barcelona (SPAIN) and, at the same time, has specializations in Compliance at the Barcelona School of Management and Carlos III University of Madrid (SPAIN). She completed the Oral Litigation Skills Course at the Oral Litigation Academy of the California Western School of Law (USA) and, in turn, highlighted his participation in the Program on Judicial Reform in Latin America and the United States (USA). USA).

Also she holds the International Compliance Certification issued by the Spanish Compliance Association – ASCOM, which entitles it to advise various national and international companies.

Currently, she actively participates in research projects at the Pompeu Fabra University related to the scope of the criminal liability of legal entities.
