Nick has experience in a wide range of transactions including M&A, restructurings, fundraisings, cross-border mergers, private equity and on general corporate advisory matters.

• Confidential client: Advising a French infrastructure investment fund on the corporate law aspects of its investment in a platform for off-grid production of green fuel.
• Confidential client: Advising a London-based investment management firm on the corporate law aspects of its long-term partnership with a Greek financial institution, for the management of equity participations owned by the institution.
• Confidential client: Advising an Italian financial institution on both domestic and
  cross-border mergers of its group companies.
• Confidential client: Advising a healthcare service provider in the acquisition of another healthcare group, as well as its refinancing and associated shareholder restructuring.
