Ping Xue has been recognized throughout the region as an “Outstanding Lawyer in Liaoning Province,” and “Outstanding Lawyer in Dalian” and is considered one of the “Top 10 Best Lawyers in Dalian.”
Ping Xue serves as a legal adviser for administrative organizations such as Dalian Municipal Government, Dalian Xigang District Government, Dalian Port-surrounding industrial zone management committee in Changxing Island; for large enterprises and public institutions such as Liaoning Press Group, Bandao Morning Post, Japanese-listed company Japan Central Chemical Co., Ltd, Taiwanese-funded Dalian Shunmai Real Estate Development Company; and more than 14 financing institutions such as agricultural banks, commercial banks, bank of communications and rural credit cooperatives.
Ping Xue has advised many influential cases within and outside of Liaoning Province, including the negotiation and contract signing of a RMB 900 million deal between Korean STX Shipyard and Changxing Island Port-surrounding industrial zone investment program and the negotiation and contract signing of a RMB 600 million deal between Singapore IMC Group and Changxing Island Port-surrounding industrial zone investment program.
Ping Xue has also assisted state-owned enterprise reform for many enterprises and public institutions in Dalian Bonded Area and Dalian Urban Construction System, has extensive knowledge in prevention and control of business risk, financing and land transfer, and is experienced in the participation and practical operation in many government PPP programs.
