Sarah Choi serves as counsel for the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Dentons' San Francisco office. With over a decade of experience both litigating and advising clients on a variety of complex matters, including, condemnation, real estate, commercial contract disputes, Proposition 65, Tribal disputes, and electronic discovery disputes, Sarah is a seasoned lawyer.
Some of Sarah’s most recent experience includes representing several clients in condemnation matters, both on behalf of the land owner and the condemning agency, defending and advising several major product manufacturers in Proposition 65 matters, and representing Indian Tribes on a variety of commercial issues.
Sarah works with Indian Tribes providing advice on governance and business-related issues, frequently drafting and analyzing business and personnel contracts. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial and real estate contracts, including, purchase agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, construction contracts and lease agreements.
Sarah is also a member of the Dentons' e-Discovery Task Force and advises clients on electronic discovery related issues including records management, litigation hold processes, responding to electronic discovery requests, and negotiating and defending electronic discovery production protocols.
Sarah is a member of the California Bar, and is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the US District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California. She previously served as an extern to the Honorable Judge Charles Breyer of the Northern District of California.
