Shavern Davy is an Attorney-at-Law based in Dentons Delany’s St. Vincent and the Grenadines office. She brings a distinctive approach to her legal practice, having progressed from a career as a paralegal to an Attorney.

Prior to qualifying as an Attorney, Shavern worked as a paralegal for over 12 years, developing expertise in registering, renewing, and reassigning trademarks, incorporating and restoring companies, and ensuring compliance with the Company Laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She also prepared sale agreements, leases, subleases, Alien Land Holders Licenses, deeds for property transfers, residency and citizenship applications, and litigation documents.

Her practical work experience as a paralegal has equipped her with a solid understanding of the law and legal procedures, which she now uses to effectively advocate for her clients.

Since being admitted to practice as an Attorney in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Shavern has gained extensive experience in various legal areas, including Real Estate Law, Personal Injury, Family Law, Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, and Probate and Succession. She has handled matters in the Family Court, Magistrates Court, and the High Court.
