The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force six months ago, on May 25, 2018. In the first half of our upcoming breakfast seminar we will present the changes brought about by the GDPR for companies in terms of their data processing activities. In the second half of the seminar we will outline changes in employer data processing and summarize recent interesting developments in labor law (legislative amendments, court decisions).
