Dentons Canada LLP invites you to join us for an interactive discussion, co-hosted by Dentons, Seyfarth Shaw, KPMG and with the support of The Government of Alberta, on the recent introduction of changes to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) Listing Rules and how these changes will affect Canadian companies intending to conduct an initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The HKEX continues to attract the IPOs of some of the largest companies in the world. With the new listing regime launch in May 2018, the capital market has opened up to a number of successfully listed companies, either primary or dual listing on the Main Board of HKEX.

Our capital markets specialists will provide an update on the application process, the types of companies that are applying for listing, the market response, and recent insights from working on these IPO applications. We will also discuss the benefits of using Hong Kong as a platform to attract strategic investors from Asia for market expansion.
