The second event in the Dentons «Women LEAD» (Leadership, Entrepreneurism, Advancement, Development) series in Luxembourg will take place on January 22, 2019. Female clients of the firm are invited to an exclusive screening of Histoire(s) de Femme(s). Directed by Luxembourgish film director Anne Schroeder, the recently released documentary follows the evolution of women’s empowerment in Luxembourg. It features conversations with women of different generations as they discuss their hopes, dreams, disappointments and achievements. The interviews will be in version originale – Luxembourgish, French and German - with French subtitles.

Keynote speaker

We are pleased to announce that our guest of honor for the evening will be the film’s director Anne Schroeder. A seasoned documentary maker with a clear passion for the topic addressed in this film, Anne will speak about her journey in producing this film which was four years in the making. Since studying at the prestigious INSAS film school in Brussels, Anne has worked on several projects as a director and as a producer. A common thread throughout her career has been that her projects are made for and about others, aiming to raise awareness for matters that are important to her, such as social problems.
