Long before the COVID-19 pandemic, Britain's high streets were struggling. COVID-19 has hit brick-and-mortar retailers hard but, with our lockdown worlds limited to our local areas, it has also forced us to think in more detail about the places in which we live and how we want to live.

Katie Scuoler will be joined by three panellists who will give us their vision of the high streets of tomorrow and explore how the planning regime can be used to deliver places that work both now and in the future.
