Paris—On 29 November, our Paris office hosted the “Outlook 2018: Europe & France Investment Briefing” organized by PropertyEU. The meeting was designed as an interactive discussion around the views, forecasts and insights on the European and French property markets.

Panelists and attendees discussed the current real estate investment environment in France and Europe. There is a positive outlook for France, as the country has implemented more business-oriented policies to make the property market more attractive to both domestic investors, who have so far dominated the market, as well as a growing number of foreign players.
