Warsaw—Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Skanska on the sale of buildings C and D at Silesia Business Park in Katowice, Poland. The office buildings were acquired for €59 million by ISOC Holdings Inc., a Philippine investor.

Silesia Business Park is a modern Class A office complex located in the business district of Katowice, Silesia. Buildings C and D offer a total leasable area of around 24,000 sq. m. and has tenants that include Accenture, PwC and NGA Human Resources.

Skanska has now sold all four properties in Silesia Business Park. Buildings A and B were divested in 2015 to Niam, a Swedish investor.
